RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Supporting a passionate and dedicated property management team
- Conducting open homes, ingoings, outgoings & routine inspections
- Liaising with tenants, processing applications
- Stepping in for the Head Of Department when necessary
- Training to become a fully-fledged property manager
- Work towards managing your own portfolio!

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Must have Property Management/ Leasing Experience in Real Estate
- You will be passionate, hard-working & dedicated to your career
- Must have COR, Car & drivers licence
- You will be organised & have high attention to detail
- Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
- The ability to build & maintain new relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
